Pelayo Primo de Rivera is since 2005, Managing Director of Norfin Inversiones Inmobiliarias, S.A. and member of the Board and Executive Committee of Norfin SGFII, an Iberian real estate fund management company with more than 1 billion USD under management. From 2004, non executive Chairman of Gocco, kid's clothing company. From 2000, CEO of Livorno Inversiones, a medium sized family office. From 2006, Chairman of Wharton Club of Spain. From 2004 to 2006, board member and member of the executive committee for Hovisa, owner of hotel Arts in Barcelona and currently member of the board of Meridia Capital Hotel Fund. Graduated in law and business at ICADE E-3. Worked for 4 years as an Equity Analyst in Madrid and London prior to joining Wharton MBA in 1992. After graduation in 1994 worked as investment banker in Citigroup (first Schroders then Salomon Smith Barney) in Madrid until 2003. Covered Spanish clients offering them a wide range of investment banking services (IPOs, M&A, advisory, Leverage Finance, etc...).  Trustee of Fundación Seres, a Fundation set up by major Spanish companies to promote Corporate Social Responsibility.
