Alberto Duran is the Founder and CEO of Mundivox Communications. Alberto is a CEO with extensive experience in the telecom industry. Prior to forming Mundivox, Alberto worked in the Telecommunications sector for J.P. Morgan in New York, Bain and Company and Monitor Company in Boston and London.  During those years Alberto specialized in the development of strategies for major industry players worldwide, including privatizations and M&A in North America, Europe and Asia.

 In 1999, he founded Mundivox Communications in Brazil.  Mundivox offers integrated communication solutions, with dedication to agility and personal support to corporate clients in Rio de Janeiro. In order to better serve its clients, ownership of the capillarity of the network, responsiveness and full control of all services to its clients has been a key differentiator as a new competitive company in telecommunications. Currently, Mundivox is growing at 45% CAGR and has connected corporate towers, enterprises and residential customers with its own cable infrastructure with fiber optics in the commercial districts and top residential areas of Rio de Janeiro delivering voice, internet access, web services, virtual private networks and Ethernet services.

 Alberto holds a BS in Engineering from PUC RJ, and a MBA from the Wharton Business School.
