Christian Schulte Eistrup is Managing Director, Capital Markets, based in MGPA’s London office.  He is primarily responsible for coordinating investor relations and capital raising across Europe for MGPA’s global real estate investment platform.  Christian has 16 years experience in real estate and financial services.  Prior to joining MGPA, Christian was a Managing Director and Board Member of Corestate Capital AG (Zug, Switzerland), where he was responsible for product development, capital raising and investor relations, and was a member of the Investment Committee.  From 1998-2006, Christian held various execution and business development roles at Morgan Stanley in London, lastly as European Head of Investment Strategy/Research at Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Previously, Christian worked in Germany and the US in the financial institutions consulting practice of KPMG Germany and at Dresdner Bank. Christian has a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSFS from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University.  He is a member of the Research Committee and the Fund Manager Forum of INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles.
